1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Opened or used items are non-returnable due to hygiene standards.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used skincare or cosmetic products
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Gift cards, promotional, or clearance items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email returns@filtianbeauty.ae with your order details and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Customers cover shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You’ll be notified via email once processed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging.
We will replace the product or issue a full refund.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
